The ZK-SAM is compact and easy to see and use. It does not require the Windows operating system or a personal computer. It can be installed in a safe location inside the vehicle and set to turn on, boot up and start collecting data when the Technician turns on the vehicle. Within 5 seconds from turning the key the ZK-SAM is literally monitoring the network and collecting data. |

The ZK-SAM is an extremely rugged piece of equipment. It has no moving parts and can operate in extremely cold as well as hot, humid environments. ZK engineers specifically select industrial grade components. We don't cut corners when it comes to reliability. All new designs are environmentally stress tested for shock and vibration at a certified laboratory.
The ZK-SAM display module is custom designed to be used in the vehicular environment. The transflective display can be viewed in direct sunlight or when it gets hot or cold. For night driving the backlight can be adjusted down. The buttons are also backlit and custom designed to provide instant feedback. The number and placement of the buttons allow the user to safely operate the unit and keep their eyes on the road. |
