Schottky Detector

RLC Electronics' model CR-455-R is a zero-bias Schottky Detector designed to operate over the 43.5 to 45.5 GHz frequency range. This rugged, miniature design is suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions. The detector is supplied with a 2.4mm input connector and an SMA output connector. Other types of output connectors are available. The VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum and the flatness is +/- 0.5 dB. Typical low-level sensitivity is 0.4 millivolts per microwatt. Negative or positive output polarity is available.

High Frequency Surface Mount and Drop In Band Pass Filters

RLC Electronics' High Frequency Surface Mount and Drop In Band Pass Filters provide the excellent response of our filters with connector, in a package suitable for board mounting. Standard packages allow up to 6 sections. Units are assembled using SN96 solder, Special packages, construction, and responses are also available. .

Miniature Surface Mount Transfer Switches

RLC Electronics' miniature surface mount transfer switch combines high performance in a compact configuration. The switch provides extremely high reliability, long life, and excellent electrical performance characteristics in a miniature package. The power consumption is less than half that of the miniature connectorised switches. The switch is available with a choice of four different operating frequencies and three coil voltages.
